Mr. Weaver is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CW Interests, L.L.C. (“CW Interests”), an investment management firm, where he oversees the implementation of the company’s investment strategies, including management of direct investments in private operating businesses. Currently, Mr. Weaver sits on the Board of Directors for Cox Enterprises (since 2015), KB Home (NYSE: KBH) (since 2017), Milestone Brands LLC (since 2015), Jonah Energy LLC (since 2020) and UTIMCO (since 2018). Mr. Weaver was appointed to a six-year term on The University of Texas System Board of Regents in 2017 and was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board in 2019. In addition to his directorships, Mr. Weaver serves on the Audit Committee for Cox Enterprises, KB Home, and The University of Texas Board of Regents. Prior to CW Interests, Mr. Weaver served as the Chief Executive Officer of McCombs Partners from 2006 to 2020. Mr. Weaver also served as a director of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce (from 2018 through 2019), the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (San Antonio branch) (from 2013 through 2019), Bypass Mobile (from 2014 through 2020), Southern Towing (from 2012 through 2019), Haymon Entertainment (from 2015 through 2018), General LED (from 2014 through 2020) and Mediterranean Resources (from 2013 through 2020).
